  • Q.+ How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

    We have 120 injection molding machines, 6 coating lines, 2 ASB one-step blow molding machines, multiple 2-part blow molding machines, multiple multi-color hot silver all-in-one machines, 10 jet pump core assembly machines, fully automatic Jet pump assembly lines, more than 50 assembly lines.

    The company has more than 600 employees, including more than 50 professional technicians and more than 10 engineers.

  • Q.+ How does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, our employees do 100% self-inspection in each process, and the quality control random inspection is completed by the process. For the final product, we will conduct factory inspections according to the quality requirements of customers and industry, national and international standards.
    Then, we have the most advanced and complete testing equipment in the industry: 2.5-dimensional, push-pull testing machine, high and low temperature cycle testing machine, vacuum test chamber, simulated transportation test bench, etc. The above-mentioned equipment can fully guarantee to provide customers with the most finished products, and at the same time ensure to meet customers' all-round testing requirements for physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, and dimensional testing.

  • Q.+ What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, and generally accept the trade terms of FOB. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. The payment method we mostly use is T/T.

  • Q.+ How are the goods shipped to customers?

    Usually, we ship by sea, because we are close to Shanghai port and Ningbo port, sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also provide air freight services.
